Lex Connect was born out of a vision to transform the legal recruitment industry, a vision shaped by our founder, Naz Solomon. After spending several years working in the recruitment sector and achieving academic excellence in law - culminating in a master’s degree in International Trade Law - Naz recognised a critical gap in the market. He saw the need for a recruitment firm that could not only move quickly and adapt to the fast-paced demands of the legal profession but also bring a deep, specialist understanding of key practice areas to the table.
